Did something arrive that didn't seem right? Life is not perfect and wooden toys or homewares are complicated things to make. Maybe something arrived damaged from the post man? If you need to send something back to us, just fill out the form below and we'll get back to you within a few business days. We will take care of things for you, please don't stress.

NOTE - We try our best to deliver awesome customer service because we believe all our customers are valuable people. We do however have the odd faulty item as production with wooden toys is never perfect. We accept fault of products within a reasonable time frame of delivery to you - such as goods received within 7 days of receipt. You must have all packaging intact and goods within a non-used condition. Wooden toys that have been played with by Big Brute Bob or Rough Rachel for the last few months are not faults and just loved and worn-in wooden toys and wooden toys do have a tendency to break.
