Some basic questions answered for you are here.

 

  1. What are your invoice terms of sale?

All stock must be paid before checkout using Stripe (credit card), PayPal, or Direct Debit methods.  All sales are made on a strictly Cash Before Delivery (C.B.D.) basis and must be paid for in full prior to us shipping the goods.

 

  1. What is the minimum start up order & minimum re-order value?

All opening orders must be $500 ex GST or greater.

Re-orders are a minimum of $300 ex GST or greater.

 

  1. What is a Pack (pk)?

All items are sold in packs and referred to our website as "pk" which are effectively our minimum order quantity. Packs cannot be split and they must be ordered in the specified quantity. If your order doesn't reflect this we will increase the quantity to meet our pack requirements as set out on our website.

The pack (pk) defines how many units of a single item you must order. You are required to order in "packs" and NOT single units.

For example, if an item is sold in packs of 4 and is stated as a 4pk (pack), you need to purchase:

Quantity/Packs 1 (pack) = 4 single units

Quantity/Packs 2 (packs) = 8 single units

Quantity/Packs 3 (packs) = 12 single units … and so on.

Quantity/Packs 1 (pack) = 20 single units

Quantity/Packs 2 (packs) = 40 single units

 

  1. How does the product pricing work?

All prices stated are in AUD and exclude GST - applicable to Australia

All prices stated are in USD and no GST is applicable to US, European, Asian or New Zealand stores

Note: No GST is charged on International Orders.

The trade shopping cart will identify the individual unit price & also the price for the Pack Price. For example, if the unit price is $5 and it's sold in a Pack of 20, then the pack price is $100. You could order 2 boxes for $200 & so on.

 

  1. Do we backorder?

If an item is out of stock it will not show up on the portal. Please email info@makemeiconic.com to check availability and we can also note that you want to be contacted when an item is back in stock.

 

  1. Can I sell Make Me Iconic products at a Market or online Market place?

Under no circumstances can you sell Make Me Iconic products at Markets or online Market Places including but not limited to Catch, My Deal, Hard to Find, Amazon, EBay or One Fine Baby etc. We do not supply individuals or businesses who use Markets or any online market places to resell our products. Please do not misrepresent our brand. We check these sites and you will be notified and put on warning.

  1. When will my order be shipped?

Once you have submitted your order, it's considered final. We will pack the order & send it out as soon as possible after.

We use Australia Post E Parcel and other Couriers to ship your goods & you will receive an email with tracking advice from Australia Post or the courier service.

Pre Paid Customers:
Your order will be shipped once we have checked stock availability & calculated freight. We will contact you if there is not enough of your order available to send immediately. We cannot guarantee that all items displayed on our website are always in stock.

Pro-forma Customers:
Once we have packed your order we will email you a pro-forma invoice. This must be paid in full before the goods can be dispatched. We will hold your stock for 3 working days from the date of invoice. If no contact has been made within this time your goods will be returned to stock. We take no responsibility for goods not being available after this time.

 

  1. How long will my order take to be delivered?

All orders ship with Australia Post or other couriers from our warehouse in Mulgrave, Victoria, 3170.

During non busy times we will ship items within a few days or receiving your order.

When your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number. Delivery times can be found at:
https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/calculate-postage-delivery-times/#/ or check other courier services website for details.

 

  1. What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay via Stripe (Credit Card) or Direct Debit.

We accept Visa & MasterCard. There are no surcharges for payments made using Credit Card. To pay using your credit card, please click on the secure link STRIPE button, to pay your invoice online. We will send you this link via email, click the green “pay now” button & follow the prompts. It's simple & secure.

  1. What if I need to return something?

In the unfortunate event that an item arrives damaged, please email us at info@makemeiconic.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please send through photos and based on the nature of your return we will advise you what to do next. Credit claims will not be accepted unless written notification is made within 7 days of delivery.

 

  1. What if I need to cancel my order?

All orders placed on the Make Me Iconic portal system are considered confirmed. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately on info@makemeiconic.com. Once payment for an order has been accepted, cancellation is at the discretion of Make Me Iconic.

 

  1. Do you offer exclusivity?

No sorry - we don't offer exclusivity.
