Yay! You're loving our quality!
We're all about creating high quality products for your home and play, so it means a lot to hear that you're overwhelmingly happy with the quality of your Make Me Iconic goodies. We put a lot of hours and effort into making sure our products are well made, packaged beautifully, and will last the distance in your home, and this is something we'll always be focussed on.
You're all about variety
You seem to be loving the mix of Australian-themed products, and the more classic play and homewares pieces (like our iconic tea sets, iconic doll accessories kits and sequin purses). That's great, because we love giving you the option of both too, and we've got some fantastic new products planned for both categories.. like our iconic Aussie Christmas ornaments, which will be here in time to pop on this years Chrissy tree.
Let's talk about postage
We get it, paying for postage is not our favourite thing either. Some of you thought our freight charges are a bit too high. We put a lot of work into making sure your products are well packaged and will reach you in their best condition. We also do what we can to absorb postage costs, by offering free postage on orders over $100 within Australia. Having said this, we are a small business and need to make sure we're covering costs (and posting quality wooden products is not the cheapest exercise!)
More play, more sales!
We had an inkling that your fave things to hear about are play inspo and sales announcements, and those were your top two types of emails to receive from us! Well stay tuned, because we'll keep both of these coming your way (including an upcoming sale to keep those ISO blues at bay)
